|Offers Free Treatment For Needy
Thanks to the generosity of the Bonita Springs Lions Club, many people in need of eye care can now be treated. Located in the heart of Bonita Springs adjacent to the Lions Club Thrift Store, the brand new eye clinic will be serving those in need
of eye care and glasses for free. For many men, women and children who cannot afford eye care, glasses or surgery for eye problems, the clinic is an answer to many prayers.
Dr. John Snead and his staff have partnered with the Lions Club to help make it a success. Staff members and doctors from Snead Cataract will be volunteering time for examinations, educating the public on eye health and assisting
in fund raising efforts for the eye clinic. The local Bonita Springs Chapter of the Lions Club was voted number one in the world for their contribution to vision programs at the Lions Club International Convention last
very active club hosts many fundraising events through out the year such as pancake breakfasts, an Annual Bluegrass Festival and their Thrift Store which is open year round. The Lion’s motto “We Serve” is certainly indicative
of the actions of this great organization. Snead Cataract is extremely proud to be a partner in service with the Bonita Springs Lions Club.
